Common questions
How do I get my boards on all my devices?
Turn on iCloud sync in ArtDeck's settings on each device, and make sure every device is signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on. Your boards then sync through your own iCloud, so a board you collect on iPhone shows up on iPad and Mac. If a board is slow to appear, check that each device is online and give iCloud a moment to catch up.
Is ArtDeck a subscription?
No. ArtDeck is a one-time purchase on the App Store. You buy it once and keep it, with no recurring fee and no ArtDeck account to manage.
I already bought ArtDeck. How do I get it on another device, or after reinstalling?
Open the App Store, sign in with the Apple Account you used to buy ArtDeck, and download it again from your purchase history. Because it is a one-time purchase tied to your account, there is nothing more to pay. Family Sharing works where the App Store offers it.
What can I put on a board?
Images, GIFs, videos, links, notes, and PDFs, all on the same canvas. Links become cards with a preview, so you can see what is behind them without opening them. You can also draw or annotate directly on a board, and group related items together.
Can I get my content back out of ArtDeck?
Yes. You can export from your boards, and the files you add stay yours. There is no account and no ArtDeck server: your content lives on your device, and in your own iCloud when you turn on sync.
How do I suggest a feature?
Vote on the ideas that matter to you, and add your own, on the public roadmap. It is the clearest way to tell me what to build next, and it genuinely shapes where ArtDeck goes.
Where can I learn how to use ArtDeck?
The user guide, opens in a new tab walks through boards, the ToolBox study tools, syncing, and more. For anything it does not cover, email support@getartdeck.com.
